Regulatory violations, fines, or penalties (HIPAA, OSHA, state boards, etc.)
Legal claims, lawsuits, or litigation costs
Patient claims, malpractice claims, or personal injury claims
Employee claims, discrimination claims, or wrongful termination claims
Data breaches, security incidents, or privacy violations
Business losses, lost profits, or lost revenue
Damage to reputation or goodwill
